Shipping Domestic

All items will be sent by courier from Vincent Design warehouse or showroom.  We offer free delivery for orders over $200, excluding furniture.  Furniture is charged at $100 per order.  If large furniture pieces are ordered we will be in contact to discuss time of delivery etc.

Returns

Change of Mind
Vincent Design will offer an exchange, credit or refund for a change of mind or incorrect choice for full priced goods purchased online or in-store.  Goods will need to be returned to Vincent Design in original condition including packaging at the expense of the buyer. Change of mind request must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.  Please email info@vincentdesign.com.au to notify us of your intention to return your order.  Please note full priced goods purchased in-store can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase.  Items purchased on sale or with a discount applied can only be returned for an exchange.

Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We will also reimburse you for any further costs incurred to you for postage etc. Claims for damaged items must be lodged within 5 days of receipt of product.

Faulty Goods
If you purchase an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact us immediately. We will issue you with a Returns and Repairs number to return with the goods.  We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent, once the goods have been deemed faulty. We will reimburse your credit card with any costs incurred by you for postage etc.

Sale Items
Any product purchased on sale, determined by any price below the Recommended Retail Price set by Vincent Design, is not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.
