Shipping & Returns
All small items (under 5kgs) will be sent express via Australia Post. Items over 5kgs will have the option for an in-store pick up or to be contacted by a Vincent staff member to arrange for courier. Please note that large furniture items have specific delivery requirements and may require the use of a furniture specific courier. Any furniture item marked with "Express Post" in checkout will be automatically refunded and contact by staff to arrange delivery or pick up.
Change of Mind
Vincent 2 will offer an exchange, credit or refund for a change of mind or incorrect choice. Goods will need to be returned to Vincent Design in original condition including packaging at the expense of the buyer. Change of mind request must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please contact our South Melbourne showroom on 03 9686 7702 to process your request.
Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We will also reimburse you for any further costs incurred to you for postage etc. Claims for damaged items must be lodged within 5 days of receipt of product.
If you purchase an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact us immediately. We will issue you with a Returns and Repairs number to return with the goods. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent, once the goods have been deemed faulty. We will reimburse your credit card with any costs incurred by you for postage etc.
Any product purchased on sale, determined by any price below the Recommended Retail Price set by Vincent Design, is not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.
